Is its possible to transfer my domain registration to Cloudflare, and do that only, under a free account, and only pay the yearly fees for the registration?
As compared to what?
registering the domain AND hosting my website there……
Cloudflare is not a host to begin with.
You do have to use the Cloudflare nameservers however.
