Transferring domain from Squarespace to Cloudflare: Pending name server update

I am trying to transfer a domain away from Squarespace to Cloudflare. I have followed the steps: 1. Turn off DSNECC in Squarespace 2. Add Cloudflare name servers ro SQ (I do still have the SQ name servers on there as well though, maybe that is the problem?) 3. Request authorization code: squarespace has provided this, but I have not been able to input into Cloudflare as I can’t get past the name server update. 4. Turned off ICANN info privacy in Squarespace It’s been 4 days, I also checked ICANN and I am seeing the cloudflare name server on there, so not sure why Cloudflare has not been able to detect.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Yes, it will be. Only the Cloudflare nameservers must be set, the others must be removed.

Make sure the domain is active on Cloudflare before you initiate the domain transfer to Cloudflare Registrar.
