What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
For context, I have turned off the lock, and WHOIS info hiding option in the Namecheap dashboard.
My understanding is you transferring the domain to Cloudflare, correct?
If so, in the dashboard it looks like the process hasn’t been started yet. Can you navigate to registrar > transfer domains and click on “confirm domains”
