So, when i transfer my domain, it shows me that it will cost $10.
My domain expires in September. Will I need to pay the transfer fee and then the renewal fee?
If so, how can i determine what my renewal fee would be before transferring.
Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. 
The transfer normally extends the registration an additional year.
You won’t see the renewal fee until next year. It’s offered at cost, which means you won’t find a renewal for less elsewhere.

I wounder 1 thing.
I have prepaid 5years on google domain.
So if i transfer it to cloudflare will i have to pay for the 5years again?
I understand that i will get a transfer fee of 10euro, but will i have to pay the next 5 years again?
As indicated in my previous reply, existing registration period is retained.
