Almost two weeks with no acknowledgement on my support ticket to transfer a domain to another Cloudflare account.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have followed the steps in this guide: Move a Cloudflare Registrar domain registration between accounts | Cloudflare Registrar docs

My ticket number 01243142 is still not resolved despite the article stating it takes between 3 - 5 working days.

Can anybody please help me with this task?
