Transferring DNS form hosting from Cloudflare

I need to transfer hosting of my DNS forms for webmail from Cloudflare to another host. How do I start that process with Cloudflare? What should I be asking Cloudflare? Thank you!

I meant to say “DNS” records. My domain is knowledgedesign.org.
