Heya, I have two Cloudflare Pages projects that I no longer intend on maintaining and would like to pass it on to a trusted acquaintance so they can maintain it without my presence, is there any way I can do this?

There is no Cloudflare specific way to perform this.
Your acquaintance should be able to create a Pages project and link it to your repo.
Then the custom domains need to be set up on the receiving account.
Please ensure they are off boarded from your account properly.
