Quick question: I transferred my domain 4 days ago from GoDaddy to Cloudflare, following all the directions. Yet, even though the transfer says successful or whatever, my domain is down saying
“[domain]’s server IP address could not be found”
Do I need to add Cloudflare nameservers? Please help
GoDaddy most likely reset your nameservers, throwing a wrench into the process. You didn’t post the domain name, so we can’t check. But this is most likely the case and you’ll have to contact Support:
Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.
