Transferred my domain to cloudflare

Hi team,

My domain is themoodrecipes.com

Queries:

  1. I want to update my nameservers to site ground (I moved my web host), I am not sure how to do that.

  2. I removed my website from Cloudflare by mistake, now i am lost.

Please guide me how to restore the website, and how I can update the nameservers. please.

Now, I tried to add the website back to Cloudflare, it says: We are currently upgrading our billing platform. You cannot modify your billing information and subscriptions at this moment. Please try your request again later. (Code: 1288)

Please guide me
