Transfering a domain from another Registrar

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

It says Pending NameServer Update. I am trying to Transfer the domain from a different Registar

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I believe the original registrar was Amazon. I don’t have any logins for the original accounts
associated with this domain. I was just givin an Authorization code and I am e-mailing back
and forth with the company. I have never done this before and do not know what I am doing.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks

The domain needs to be active on Cloudflare before you can transfer the domain registration.

For that to happen, at the registrar you need to remove the 4 AWS nameservers and replace them with the 2 nameservers Cloudflare has allocated to you when you added the domain…
