So this is nothing to do with Cloudflare.
Cloudflare handles DNS management, not the website.
@internet1 are you looking to move the domain (zone/site) from one account to another (as opposed to moving it from one hosting provider to another?).
If so, these directions will help
If Cloudflare Registrar is the domain registrar there are additional steps and time involved, but if not, what you want to do is straight-forward.
