I just upgraded my Note 9 to a S22 Ultra and I can’t seem to get my earned data on the new phone… even the Manage Devices seems to do nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you copy your license key to your new device?
You can find your Key at Settings → Account → Key
