Transfer to Cloudflare Registrar completed, now asking for a nameserver update

Hi there,

I recently switched from Google Domains to Cloudflare as a registrar, completed payment, entered the auth code, released domain, etc. etc. This all occurred about a week ago. Yesterday I got an email from Cloudflare saying that if I didn’t point my nameservers off of Google’s to Cloudflare’s then my account would be deleted in 7 days. On my dashboard it also shows the prompt asking me to update my nameservers. I don’t understand why they’re asking me to do this, as my domain no longer even shows up in the GDomains admin panel and my subscription is marked as “Active” in my Cloudflare panel. How can I keep my domain from being deleted from Cloudflare? There aren’t any DNS records other than my MX records and A records pointing to my github pages site. Should I just keep waiting and hope it resolves?

This seems to happen from time to time. You’ll have to open a Support Ticket to have them manually set your name servers:
Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.
