Transfer to CF registrar without changing nameservers

I’m transferring away form goDaddy and moving all my domains to Cloudflare. I have about 7 transferred and one that won’t right now. I think it’s because I can’t change the nameservers.

Is it not possible to transfer a domain name to Cloudflare without changing the nameservers? The one in question is just a domain name I manage for a freelance client. Their web developer is using AWS nameservers and needs to leave them there.

Unfortunately, you can’t use Cloudflare registrar with third party name servers.
