I took optimization of wordpress on free plan I have deleted website and added another. Just paid for subscription. However subscription was cancelled and looking for another 5 dollars when I just paid and there is no email support or live chat help can u help me

Added a site never added nameserver at namecheap but paid sub then deleted site and added dismount.us
