Is it possible to transfer a site to another account when domain is registered with Cloudflare?
In the past it was not possible.
What if I remove the site from Cloudflare and then create it again in another account?
Unfortunately domains with Cloudflare cannot be transferred between accounts directly still, so you would have to transfer out. If you are an Enterprise customer it may be possible by talking to your account/support team.
