Opened a case with Cloudflare Support (case # 01417800) but my case keeps getting marked as resolved after being sent links on how to transfer/register a domain
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Login to the dashboard
Navigate to Domain Registration → Transfer Domains / Register Domains (the Manage Domains page works fine for existing domains)
View the error
Once again Cloudflare has closed this ticket (case # 01417800) and marked it as resolved without fixing the problem. Instead, an automated message sends links about how to register or transfer a domain which is clearly not the problem. I’m not sure how to get someone to actually look at this issue. I’ve seen a other community posts with this same issue where someone has stated to open a ticket, but I’m not sure what good that is if support won’t actually look at it. If someone from Cloudflare sees this please let me know what I need to do to get this put in the right queue for resolution.
