I’m trying to transfer the domain “fascard dot us” to Cloudflare. The transfer progress shows a green check next to “Provide FOA”, and then the next step is “Enter auth code” which is grayed out, even though I’ve already done that part.
Still looking for help on this.

Cloudflare is currently waiting on approval from your previous registrar. This process can take up to 5 days to complete, but can be faster if you were to go to your registrar and confirm the transfer.

Thanks. I ended up having to do a message trace on our email server for all emails from Cloudflare and found that another user was getting an email from Cloudflare requesting approval.
Unfortunately the Cloudflare GUI does not indicate that this is required for .us domains (other domains don’t require email approval) nor does it mention who an email is being sent to. And there’s no way from within the interface to simply resend that email.
Once the user approved it via the Cloudflare email, then GoDaddy allowed the transfer over.
