Transfer file from host to R2

Hi,
I have 7 TB files in my server and want to use Cloudflare R2 service on them.
My question is, how can I set R2 on all these files?
My users have access to files with a direct link like this: example.com/test.zip
I want to enable R2 on these links.

You need to upload the files to R2, and then you can make the links from R2 for your users to be able to download.

There are about 2000 files, Is there any solution to upload them automatically? and place the link to my posts?
