Transfer domain to my Cloudflare account

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Can’t transfer domain to by CF account

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have contacted the existing registrar and got them to remove the registrar lock. I have the transfer code. The docs say I will find the zones available for transfer in the Transfer Domains section of the dashboard. There is nothing there. How do I proceed?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Try and transfer in a domain registered elsewhere.
