What is the issue you’re encountering
I would like to move the DNS Hosting from one Cloudflare account to another Cloudflare account. The only guides I could find were with regards to transferring the domain which is not my goal. The domain is with GoDaddy, I just want to transfer the DNS Hosting from a previous MSP’s Cloudflare account to our own.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
None as I can’t figure out where to start.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Nameservers
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
NA
The way you’re mentioning this, it doesn’t sound like you have access to the Cloudflare account, that is being referred to, as “previous MSP's Cloudflare account
”, is that correct?
That is correct. We are working together with the previous MSP, but neither of us can seem to find how to perform this transfer.
That’s at least positive, and may be able to bring (slightly) better results, than if not.
The previous MSP can export the DNS records from this page.

A download of the zone file, containing the DNS records for your domain, will start.
There isn’t anything that allows you to directly move (or “transfer”) a domain, and all it’s settings.
However, -
-
You can add the domain on your own account.
-
You can import the DNS zone file you have received from your previous MSP, according to the above instructions.
-
You perform the name server changes on your registrar (GoDaddy), to replace the old name servers, that is pointing towards your previous MSP’s Cloudflare account, with the ones matching your own Cloudflare account.
After the typical DNS propagation of 48 - 96 hours (which no one will be able to expedite in any way), the domain should now belong in your own account, rather than the account of the MSP.
This move (or transfer) will carry on the DNS settings (e.g. the IP addresses of the servers you’re pointing your domain to, behind Cloudflare).
But certain more advanced Cloudflare configurations, such as e.g… Redirect Rules, or maybe if a very restrictive WAF configuration has been configured, through the MSP account, … such things won’t be carried over this way, but will have to be added manually, on the new account.
Whether you’re using such advanced functionality through the MSP’s account, would be something you need to clarify with your MSP about, as only your MSP can see that.
If there isn’t any of such configuration through the MSP account, then that part would become irrelevant in your case.
