this is a most frustrating error as there is no detail provided as to why. It would be great if there was a link there when this happens to take me to an explanation rather than having to search the community.
Anyway, what does this error mean? I have several domains to transfer over from GoDaddy. Please help
Can you share the name of one of the domains? The requirements are set by icann, Transfer Policy - ICANN in most cases it’s the 60-day rule that prevents transfers. But, sharing the name of a domain will help determine that.
You can also do a whois to see details about why a transfer is prohibited

In most cases your current registrar can remove those restrictions, like transfer locks, if you ask them.
