"transfer conditions not met" and "registrar unknown" for .com domain

I cannot transfer my .com domain from namecheap to cloudflare, even I’ve unlocked the domain for several weeks. the “Transfer to Cloudflare” button is always gray and not clickable.

Hi there,

Please directly browse to Domain Registration > Transfer Domains, select the domain, press Confirm and go from there.

Also make sure you don’t have any extension in your browser that might block certain parts of the website, like adblockers. If you do, please disable them on dash.cloudflare.com or open the dashboard in a different browser.

Sorry I cannot check if it works, since I’ve transfered this domain to a another registar other than cloudflare, and the registar can be recognized correctly now.
