Hello. I have a domain being transferred to me from another Cloudflare account. It now appears as “active” in my account but when clicking on it to access the control panel, I get a “403 you do not have permission to see this page” error. Also, the original owner tried deleting the website from its Cloudflare account and reported a “Zones using Cloudflare Registrar can’t be deleted” error. Can you please fix the owner permissions for this domain?

Original ticket 01276431 created 2 weeks ago. Had no control over my domain during this period.

Hi Laudian. Thanks for checking with Support. Sending a note that the issue remains as described after another week, I still cannot access the control panel for the domain.

I can’t really tell you much. One day after my last message here, I received a confirmation that this was escalated to the responsible team.

As I don’t work for Cloudflare, I really can’t find out anything else.

Ticket 01276431 was closed because it looks like the email you were using is not listed as the account owner.

Hi syda, thanks for the reply and escalation. I am the new owner of this domain, but I cannot take any action for it. It looks like the transfer of domains between Cloudflare accounts has bugs and did not complete successfully (others reported the same issue), and someone from support needs to take manual action to correct it. It’s been over a month now with no action taken on this support ticket.
