But, DNS should come first in this sequence right?
In that case you might want to start with ARP 
Seriously, though, that feature refers to HTTP and the proxies and DNS is not really part of that.
How do I enable this?
haha! ARP isn’t configurable in the dash though! 
But, I get you though!
I believe it should be enabled for everyone by now.
