Traffic has been in “re-routed” status in Austin,TX for a few days which is causing complaints from many users of my site. What can I do to resolve this?
What complaints specifically?
The site is extremely laggy and unusable. (only users that are in the Texas area)
Just asked someone to test from Austin… doesn’t appear to be any packet loss or significant latency. 
A rerouted colo typically just means the BGP routing is updated to send users to another colo and Dallas / Houston would be the most likely candidates and are only a couple of MS further away.
