Traffic monitoring status after changing DNS record

I have a VPS that has a primary IP and I also got some additional IPs for this VPS.
I have defined a new subdomain record in the DNS section whose IP is changed to one of the additional IPs by the API at certain times.
When I check this subdomain with IP check services, the main IP of the VPS is always displayed. Not those extra IPs that I changed to.

My question is this,
If ISPs want to check traffic usage, do they log all traffic for the original IP, or does changing the IP to one of the additional VPS IPs count the traffic for that IP?

My goal is to use a VPS, but I want the traffic consumed by it to be divided between several IPs so that ISPs cannot detect that the traffic load on one IP is high.
