Are there any real human visitors from HTTP/1.0 /1.1 /1.2? I’m thinking to js-challenge traffic from those HTTP version, with some exception for legit bots/IPs of course. Do you think it is a stupid & bad idea? 
You can check the analytics for your zones to see what client HTTP versions are being used.
