I am using Traffic / Load Balancing and Health check service on Cloudflare. However, I need more information as follows:

• With the first $5, how many requests can I use at most? Is it a request by sub-domain I health check or all subdomains. If the number of requests exceeds the above number, how much do I need to pay for the next 1000 requests.

• How does Cloudlfare calculate requests? How will it be counted as 1 request.

• I need detailed information about Traffic / Load Balancing and Health Check service, please provide me with full technical and price documents.
