Trademark infringement complaint probelm

We received an email stating that we have engaged in trademark infringement due to the use of a certain term.
Firstly, we did not use any trademark of the complainant, and this term is also a very normal one.
But our website access is now problematic due to this complaint.
May I know how to handle it and how to contact you to withdraw this unreasonable complaint.
