Tracert from different locations vary to the webserver

Hi,

we are having issue from one of client location, with this we are facing slow application performance issue.
from our office environment we don’t have any issue but from client place the transactions are getting very slow.

tracert to the application from our office and from client place are

Office :::::::: Hyderabad – Mumbai – Marseille – London – New York – Ohio.
Client Place -----AP - Singapore – los angeles – san jose -Chicago- Ohio.

Could you please help me to solve the issue.
