Totally frustrated as a PRO customer

I am PRO user and I’m searching for the promised ticketing support. Where is that?
I tried to call Cloudflare, I don’t reach any human support at all. All paths end up in the community support.

I expected so much more from a company like Cloudflare. Can anyone tell me where to find the TICKET SUPPORT?

Go to your dashboard. Press “Support” then “My Activities”.

very hidden, to be honest. And when you are at “My Activities”, you must notice the button at the very bottom. As a PRO user I expect a “Create Ticket” Button right in my dashboard of the PRO-domain.
