ToS for Workers & KV Hosted Content

Is there any ToS for websites that are hosted entirely as a Worker in terms of allowed content?

All I’ve ever seen CF publicly remove due to disallowed content were I think it was the dailystormer & 8chan websites (they weren’t actually “hosted” on CF)

Is there stricter rules in place for actual CF hosted sites such as Worker sites?

What about potentially inflammatory websites based on religion (not race)?
Or what about conspiracy websites spreading possibly misleading information about Covid for example (or other dangerous conspiracies)?

I know there are rules about using scripts for phishing etc… but cant seem to find anything about actual sites hosted on CF such as Worker sites.

I ask as I want to be able to say to any potential clients what can and absolutely can not be put on a site and have started to get some Christian customers and don’t want to fall foul of anything and damage my account due to their content.

In general, no. The same content restrictions apply:

2.7 Acceptable Use

By using the Cloud Services you are agreeing, among other things, that you will not use the Cloud Services to (a) falsely imply any sponsorship or association with Cloudflare; (b) post, transmit, store or link to any files, materials, data, text, audio, video, images or other content that infringe on any person’s intellectual property rights or that are otherwise unlawful; or (c) engage in any activities that are illegal, including disseminating, promoting or facilitating child sexual abuse material or engaging in human trafficking.

The only difference with Workers is these two lines:

Cloudflare Workers

You may use Cloudflare Workers (whether in conjunction with Cloudflare Workers KV or not) to serve HTML content as well as non-HTML content (e.g., image files, audio files) other than video files

You represent and warrant that (i) you have and will retain all necessary rights to grant the License; (ii) your Workers Scripts are free from and do not disseminate any viruses, adware, spyware, worms, crypto-mining software or other malicious code; (iii) you will not use the Service to engage in any volumetric attacks or in any other activities to intentionally harm another party’s rights; and (iv) you will use the Service in accordance with the Cloudflare Workers developer documentation.

But, of course, CF can choose to remove sites whenever they want:

Additionally, we may at our sole discretion terminate your user account or suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice for any reason or no reason at all.

Right so I guess by illegal that means in the USA (whereby free speech covers a lot of possibilities)
Thanks
