You seem to have an issue with a failed Bitcoin transaction. This here is the Cloudflare community however and hence unrelated to Bitcoin issues.

That is a network issue with that site and not related to your funds.
All right! Now I am looking for where are the coins. Judging from the photo somewhere here I appealed and on site with a purse BTC they write that coins came to them, and they don’t know where they are, and the site with a purse USDT also writes that the transaction is confirmed and coins they have.
