My first check would be to see if the edge certificate was impacted by the Digicert embargo. Have you tried disabling Universal SSL and reenabling it?

Универсальный SSL просто исчез. На данный момент, нет возможности активации универсального SSL, требует активацию Advanced Certificate Manager.

It shows as active on your current plan.

Это очень странно, я впервые с таким сталкиваюсь. Если приостановить деятельность Cloudflare, то сайт становится активным и все работает. Если активировать Cloudflare, то сайт перестает открываться и абсолютно ничего не работает.
