До сегодняшнего дня все прекрасно работало, но сегодня домен перестал быть доступным, диагностика клаудфаре, говорит что dns не верный, но проверка dns имен говорит об обратном, кто сталкивался с подобной хренью ? Сайт по ip доступен

Только что сделал переадресацию с другого домена для проверки работоспособности, все работает, как я понимаю мои dns адреса у cloudfare упали (https://hachdevs.org/)
I am not sure what is the question about hachdevs.org? I show that as:
$ dig ns hachdevs.org +short
dave.ns.cloudflare.com.
sima.ns.cloudflare.com.
But, your nameservers are:
nadia.ns.cloudflare.com
neil.ns.cloudflare.com
And, that site shows as deleted from your account.
Next, WRT hach.dev, that shows as having cf nameservers until 1 day ago, https://securitytrails.com/domain/hach.dev/history/ns. And, it appears the change is still propagating, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool. For hach.dev, you need to contact your domain registrar and ask them to change the nameservers to those assigned by Cloudflare. You should also find out who gave them instructions to change the nameservers yesterday.

The nameservers for hach.dev were set to neil & nadia until about 20 hours ago and as noted in the securitytails link, they were changed. This is not something that Cloudflare can adjust, it needs to be done at your domain registrar.
