Topic shows in a summery email from one email address, but when I view it from the email address that originally received the email I don't see it!

Ok, so I got a summary email from the Cloudflare Community stating a topic’s title was “I’ve been banned wtf HELP!” However, when I try to view it from the email address that my Cloudflare Community account is linked to, I don’t see the email! Additionally, when I attempt to search for the topic, it doesn’t show! I suspect the topic was deleted or marked as unlisted, or something, but why isn’t the topic visible from the Cloudflare Community, nor the email address associated with by Cloudflare Community account, but it is visible to a forwarded address?
