Top up / Renewal for more then a year?

When will Cloudflare allow top up facility for users. (Similar to Dyna Dot or NameCheap)

P.S Is there a way you can renew a domain for 2 -3 or say year specified by me, so once I pay I cant be bothered again with billing cycles.

The ability is there. Not all TLDs support it per their requirements.

What has top level domains to do with renewal process for x years (x is more then one here )

Some do not allow it, like most cTLDs for example.
