That domain still has two dnspod.net nameservers set. You must not use other nameservers than Cloudflare’s.

what? I create this domain 6 days ago, only set nameserver in Cloudflare, i don’t know about DNSPOD,what’s that?

You need to contact your registrar and clarify why your nameservers are not properly set.
