Too slow wait time

Hi,
I have disabled cloudflare DNS on https://sandipbanerjeeclasses.com/ and it loads fast but while I turned on it loads slowly.
On the other hand I have purchased cloudflare pro plan for https://apkmaze.com but the waiting time is too long time.
I have gone through another option of 5$ for the Wordpress Auto Optimization plan for https://apkteen.com but results are same , any way to fix the wait time as it is too high hence giving error in page speed insights as Reduce initial server response time

For me the Sites on the Cloudflare Pro Plan and on the Wordpress Auto Optimization are both working fast.

With what test did you get a to slow warning?
