Too many redirects?

I’m getting this failed to reload wordpress website since yesterday. It is frustrating and I kindly please for help.

I doubted that turning off Cloudflare plugin by an accident maybe is cause and I just want to know how can I fix it? I cannot enter the WP Admin so situation is pretty annoying.

Thanks in advance! John

The most likely scenario is that your Wordpress installation redirects to HTTPS when requested on HTTP, Cloudflare has the Flexible mode set and is connecting via HTTP even while you are on HTTPS on the browser hence the redirect loop.

I would suggest if you have a TLS cert on your server to change the setting to Full in the dashboard, if it’s valid to Full (Strict) and if no cert is there, why did you have the redirect in the first place?!

It is happened by a mistake, accidentally deactivate wrong plugin, which is supposed to be Cloudflare SSL protection. Website is still failed to reload even if I chosen option you’ve suggested me.

What should I do to get back things in normal? I cant enter on dashboard, can I do something from Cloudflare profile, some update or settings change?

Ive installed Redirect path and this is what is shown when I tried to open a website…

Well, that seems a redirect to another page, which then redirects to itself. As far as I can tell it’s not Cloudflare related (it takes way too long for the reply of the redirect to be on Cloudflare’s side), so not much you can do. You need to be able to get into the server another way (possibly pausing Cloudflare, but it won’t do much, I presume), roll the backup back, reset the server.

I am not the owner of the website so I am not able to do that. I am just a webmaster who take care of content. Do you recommend me to contact someone as host?

I already paused Cloudflare and there is no a result…

Talk to the owner and/or contact the host. It’s not something for this Community.

Thanks
