Hello @cm12,

As @neiljay mentioned, this seems to be a SSL/TLS encryption mode related issue.
Besides of the Community Tip post sent before, here is another useful documentation that you can check to understand why you are seeing the Redirect Loop:

This issue should be fixed by changing the Encryption mode to Full or Full (strict).
