Too many redirects on new wordpress site Login

  1. created a Cloudflare Account.
  2. registered domain Yogacharya,me.
  3. created cpanel account using Cloudflare assigned nameservers.
  4. Installed WordPress instance on the account.
  5. I can view a WordPress site
  6. Attempted login shows Too Many Redirects Message.
  7. Cleared cookies.

This page isn’t working

yogacharya,me redirected you too many times.

If I ping the domain, I don’t get the correct results.

What are the steps to resolve this? clearing cookies doesn’t work.
I couldn’t find any documentation.

The IP address of the host is 64,62,251,68
When I ping the domain it returns either
104,.21,.3,.33 or 172,.67,130,.5

I’m not able to reproduce the same error.
