Too many redirects despite turning off Always Use HTTPS

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I’ve since disabled Always Use HTTPS and the site is still down. Please help ASAP

Take a look at the following tutorial:

Usually this happens because your SSL mode is set to Flexible. It should be Full (strict).
