To subscribe to the R2 service, I clicked on the blue button labeled “Add R2 Subscription to Your Account.” However, the page reloads and displays the same button, leaving me stuck in a loop and unable to use the service. I’ve also tried different browsers. No luck. I created a ticket but got no reply. My ticket number is: #3280028
I click here and instead of adding R2 it reloads the page and when I click to add the R2 subscription to my account it reloads the page and goes back to where it was.
The problem occurred on May 29th, but it did not solve any problem for me. I was required to provide HRA documents and I provided them, but it was of no use! ! The problem was not solved and I was charged fees on June 29th and July 29th! ! My problem is not resolved. Why are I still being charged?

Sorry for the long running issues, I see that ticket was migrated to case 00976599 and the Support agent indicated the service was canceled and a refund was issued. That note was sent about 12 hours ago and please let us know here or on 00976599 if that is not the case.
