To many connections from cloudflare ip addresses to my website
If you look at the image I have uploaded you will see 1568 users online.
When I have checked the ip addresses most of them are from cloudflare.
Is there a way to reduce this number?
It only reduces when i put the DDOS setting to I am under attack

The former is proxied, the latter is not. If a user connects using www.jandeane81.com you will be seeing their true IP address as their request is not passing through Cloudflare. User traffic coming this way is not protected or cached by Cloudflare.
Users connecting through jandeane81.com will appear with Cloudflare IP addresses as those requests do route through Cloudflare. To see the true IP addresses, you need to restore visitor IPs…
You should consider to proxy www so your site is protected (currently www is exposed). You may wish to redirect the domain to www or the other way round so you have a consistent entry to your site.

I have just proxied www
My forum does not usually get that many connections
I have set the ddos setting to high but this makes no difference it only reduces connections once I turn on I am under attack
