Unable to add a zone in the "bet.br" domain

bet.br was added to the Public Suffix List on 30 September… It typically (from seeing others) takes 4-8 weeks for changes to the PSL to be deployed to Cloudflare so you should be able to add your subdomain of it to Cloudflare soon.

Changes to the PSL take some time to roll out to Cloudflare, you just need to wait.
