Our website in up and running, the customer reach the bank credit card form website, do the payment and when the credit card platform calls back our site to confirm the payment receive a -1 timeout

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I asked to the bank to give me IPs where the payment is arriving from and I created personalized rules to tell to cloudflare to not block that, but the timeout is still arriving…

Hi, the credit card processor is Redsys and the url is www cuchillalia com /?wc-api=WC_Redsys_Gateway, some times all goes perfect and sometime not. Hour hosting technichian says that could be problem of the Movistar, Digi, Cloudflare action to block IPTV things… we already added Redsys IPs as permitted, we bought a Pro SSH in Cloudflare.. but yesterday two payment was.
