Hey everyone. We’re having a really, really difficult time trying to figure out what’s causing a specific timeout. The error occurs when trying to access the “My Account” page within a web store. Logging into the store and viewing merch works fine without any issues…it’s just the “My Account” page that returns the error message. We’ve tried switching browsers, networks, WiFi & cellular, clearing browser data, mobile & desktop, resetting modems/routers…just about everything we can think of. I’m attaching a screenshot of the error page. The specific message that appears is: Error 504 Ray ID: 4e5ccbea091dccce • 2019-06-12 15:19:07 UTC Gateway time-out (date listed is from back when this originally started).
Really hoping we can sort this out.
