Timeout error when exporting files

Hello.

I switched my VPS from OVH to Infomaniak. I haven’t changed my Cloudflare’s settings since the switch, but now, I get a Cloudflare timeout error when I export large number of invoices from the backoffice of my Prestashop. When I pause Cloudflare, it works well… What can cause this ?

Thank you for asking.

Since it’s a time-consuming process (request) for the origin host, which obviously takes more than 100 seconds to finish when your Website’s DNS records are proxied :orange:, it’s normal to experience a default page of the Cloudflare timeout error.

I’d suggest you to either use some background script for this, otherwise temporary Pause the Cloudflare and after the process is finished, un-pause.

Cloudflare will only wait 100 seconds for the request to complete by default as stated:

Only Enterprise customers can increase the parameter to a higher value on demand.
